The host who won 25 Daytime Emmy awards through 'The Rosie O'Donnell Show' is plotting a return with TV giants backing her up. Rosie O'Donnell could be the new queen of daytime talk shows. The reigning Oprah Winfrey had previously announced that she's ending " The Oprah Winfrey Show " in 2011 to concentrate on OWN and it has just been reported that O'Donnell is re-teaming with a couple of old friends to formulate a new syndicated talk show.  

Union County will play host to a piece of living history this summer, when Marysville hosts the Ohio Chautauqua in July. A different way to experience history, the Ohio Chautauqua is a five-day event that combines living history, music and entertainment, education, theater and audience interaction in an exciting cultural event for the entire community, according to county tourism director Christy Clark. A teacher's dream to build a greenhouse so students can grow fresh veggies in the village of Quinhagak will likely become reality thanks to a $10,000 grant from former celebrity talk show host Jenny Jones. In a surprise phone call, Jones rang up teacher Sherry Pederson at the school on Nov. 19 to announce the award. About 50 students and a group of teachers gathered in the room to hear the call over the intercom, participants said.

In his second week back behind the desk of The Tonight Show , Jay Leno continues to be No. 1 in late night. But the success isn't as sweet as it was before CoCo-gate. Between March 8 and 12, Leno averaged 4.4 million viewers, trumping David Letterman 's The Late Show , which averaged 3.8 million viewers.  

Authorities are hailing the arrests of 149 people in one of New Jersey's most dangerous cities, which Conan O'Brien mocked on NBC's "Tonight Show." Mayor Cory Booker announced the arrests Wednesday outside the notorious Academy Spires apartment complex in Newark, just west of New York City. Twenty-eight arrests Wednesday morning capped a six-month drug investigation focusing on the complex. Seven guns, $15,000 in cash and $25,000 worth of drugs were seized.

This afternoon, TVNewser got an inside look at the first rehearsal of " John King , USA," which officially debuts on CNN Monday. The rehearsal was broadcast online and there was plenty of excitement in CNN's Washington bureau, often stemming from the show's enthusiastic EP Michelle Jaconi (read our Q&A here ). King's first in-studio guest was his wife, Dana Bash , -- she also appeared during a segment later in the show called, appropriately, "the misses" -- and his first interview was with Rep. Ron Paul
